The property is at the end of a small, quiet cul de sac. We (and our 2 dogs) especially enjoyed the large deck in the back. Property owner was prompt in responding to communication. We enjoyed our stay near Senoia!

Beware of this property! Property listing severely misrepresented and looks nothing like the photos in the listing. Property has severe safety issues and is in unsanitary, filthy condition There are no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors as stated in the listing. The washing machine was filthy, covered in pet hair and had thick brown goop in the detergent dispenser. The oven was filthy, covered in some thick reddish brown sticky substance that dripped all over it. There is dust everywhere and Odoban to block odors hanging from curtain rods and on mantle. The tub was dirty and very poor dingy lighting in hall bath. The vents were rusted, dusty and dirty. Exterior of house is poorly maintained and house across the street has broken windows and is also poorly maintained. Due to the condition of the property, we did not stay there and were terribly inconvenienced, which impacted our time spent with family. After investigating our case and seeing our pictures, VRBO states we qualify for a full refund and helped us find last-minute alternative accommodations; however, as of this writing the host Rohan is not cooperating. Beware of this property.

This property had multiple serious safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns during our stay.The pros were that there was a new dishwasher, refridgerator, and oven, and a comfy couch. Here are the cons:The biggest issue was that there was not a smoke detector anywhere in the unit. We also saw significant visible water damage in the primary bedroom ceiling (discoloring, sagging, and a crack) along with what looked like a roof problem directly above it, which was especially concerning with rain in the forecast and electrical outlets below that area. Luckily we did not have any leaking.In addition, there were cleanliness and safety issues including slime-like residue in the bathroom, stained towels, inadequate bedding, bubbling paint in the bathroom, and a noticeable mildew odor after the air freshener scent wore off. Two of the three bedrooms had only very thin coverlets, with a not very comfortable mattress in the primary bedroom, while one bedroom had a more substantial comforter. In one bedroom, one electrical outlet was broken and another outlet in the same room had no outlet cover. We were also concerned about possible mold or moisture issues.We contacted the host directly during our stay to give them the opportunity to address the concerns in which he did respond and thanked us for bringing it to his attention but made no effort to correct even the safety issues. Overall, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
