My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights. I knew the property wasn’t huge but it was definitely too small for 2 adults. Not enough hot water for both of us to get a hot shower each day. The mini-split system really struggled to keep the room cool. The motor for that system is installed on the outer wall behind the bed. So every time it would kick on and run, it sounded like a jet engine on your head. Made it very hard to sleep. Should’ve been installed on the ground outside, not against the building. So needless to say, I did not get much sleep the past three nights. I realize the building sits along the canal, but the ants inside the room are disgusting. They are everywhere. So long story short for what we paid to stay here, I am very disappointed. Should’ve paid a little more and stayed in town.
Vas was accomodating, and the room was well kept. It was about 10 minutes driving to reach the shore. The space was small but included the essentials. River access as well.
