Perfect for what we needed

We stayed at this property because we had sports tournaments that were going to last over a weekend. The property was in a centralized location in Orange County to be able to access Huntington Beach and Anaheim. The neighborhood is an older Santa Ana neighborhood, but the property felt secure and private. The property was both clean and nicely refurbished. The showers were absolutely beautiful The mini split air conditioning cooled the house well. Parking can be difficult, so make sure to ask the owner if you can park in the gated area behind the second unit. Owners were extremely responsive during our stay and the checkout procedure was very simple.

THE ABSOLUTE most amazing getaway

This place was more stunning than the photos. It was absolutely beautiful! I wish I could come back every year! It was stalked with cooking needs. It was centrally located to everything we needed like Disney and the baseball stadium. We didn’t mind driving around40 min to our fav beach. We LOVED the neighborhood, it felt like home. Grocery stores are less than a mile, great coffee close by too! Thankfully there was shared parking in the back which made our stay even easier because street parking fills up FAST! I hope I can return with my family! This was the absolute most amazing rental I have ever visited. We miss the cool breeze and beautiful yard already Check in was slightly difficult but maybe user error, as in unlocking the auto keypad but not enough to dampen our stay.

I had a great experience staying at this recently remodeled house in Midway City. The home was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a cozy feel and all the basics provided. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth.That said, there were a couple of small issues. Street parking was very difficult to find. The host was able to let us share parking with the rear unit. Also, there were only 5 towels provided for 8 guests, which made things a little inconvenient. Luckily, we were able to wash in between. Overall, though, it's a lovely place in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d still recommend it for smaller groups or those who don’t mind a bit of a parking challenge
