About this property

Beautiful townhome, 1 Block To Commercial, 2bd/2.5ba, FPs, Parking, Large Patio

Leave the car at home as this convenient vacation destination, a sub-5 minute walk to iconic spots near the West End such as Joe Coffee, Boatslip, Mussel Beach, Spiritus Pizza and Jimmy's Hideaway will entice you to experience all that Provincetown has to offer. Or if quiet contemplation is what you seek, this new construction home away from home will beckon you back to relax and find your zen…whether that means lounging on the sumptuous couches in front of the gas fire watching movies on the large TV, cooking and entertaining in the Chef's kitchen or reading a book on the exclusive use patio to a backdrop of birds, wind chimes and soothing fountain. ***New for 2023: The walk out basement has been finished into additional living space + a half bath to join the in unit washer/dryer (now stacked). Not intended to be another bedroom as it's still limited to 4 people max, but rather to give another area for guests to spread out. A couch and chair with accompanying tables create a nice space to read or play games. The additional built in book case with electric fireplace, TV and SONOS sound system also create a nice movie watching space. With temperature control and enough natural light from two windows, the nicely appointed space still allows room for beach gear in the closet and a few bikes near the entrance.

This thoughtfully appointed end unit, now known as "Tracy's Secret Garden" boasts heavenly lighting throughout the day. The entry level from the two parking spots is the recently finished space, complete with additional living space, half bath, storage and exclusive use washer/dryer. Up one flight is the living room with fireplace, large flat screen TV, BlueRay DVD player, and ample seating, along with a kitchen that any discerning chef would enjoy, including an island and seating for 4. Open the French doors to the side patio, where you'll find a new Weber grill and table for 6 with umbrella or out the back atrium door to the rear patio, sporting the outdoor living room arrangement complete with gas fire pit table. Both of which are exclusive use. Upstairs you'll find two comfortable Queen sized bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Views of Pilgrim Monument can be seen from the Master Bedroom, Kitchen and Patio.

From an entertainment perspective, we've tried to leave no stone unturned, from books to games and movies. With cable connections in all rooms, including 250Mbps data via Wifi, and TVs enabled with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, you'll be able to stream to your heart's content. Or if shaking your groove thing is more your taste, a high fidelity sound bar in the living room can also support BlueTooth and Google Cast connections to your music libraries, along with the Spotify we've provided. Each room also has a Google Home assistant/speaker to expand your music listening options, give you the weather forecast, answer trivia questions, or whisk you off to sleep to the sound of crashing ocean waves.

We have rented other people's homes over the course of many years and make it our mission to ensure that no small detail is overlooked in our own. We want this vacation to be relaxing, not a constant dash to the store to get something that's missing or you left at home. For that reason, we have included just about every item in the kitchen we could imagine from an array of cookware, small appliances, spices, along with fundamental items we offer up as community property to minimize expense and packing headaches. We've included amenities like Kiehl shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms and things like basic condiments, Tupperware, foil/wrap, etc. in the kitchen.

Come enjoy the restaurants, beaches, and galleries, all in walking distance from this sunny, rejuvenating retreat!

Sunday to Sunday rental during the summer season in an effort to minimize traffic challenges, so you can ease into vacation.

Also, there are two sets of stairs in the unit, so it might be difficult for those with mobility challenges or for those with small children. And we do ask that our guests use indoor shoes (as we do) when enjoying the interior space, to minimize dirt, wear and tear.

Feedback is welcome!

Thank you!
Kristine

Host profile image
I've been in the Boston area for some time now and have an irrepressible attention to detail, which spills into my role as host and caretaker of our guests' precious vacation time. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a host, establishing enduring relationship with many repeat guests over time.

Why they chose this property

I have loved Provincetown for many years as a special place. Every time I visit, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It has a unique combination of natural beauty, great ocean beaches, terrific restaurants, an impressive art enclave and relaxed pace that allows for as much excitement as one wants. This location is as walkable as it gets...you can leave the car behind but you have parking if you want it. It's also set back from the beehive of activity in town so you can choose your own adventure.

What makes this property unique

My partner and I wanted a footprint in Provincetown for years and have periodically kept a pulse on the market. When we saw 48A Bradford in early construction, we knew instantly. A combination of great layout, nice kitchen, fireplace, amazing outdoor space and lighting, along with location and parking! This has it all and continues to get better with time.

I also have the very best cleaning person/caretaker on the planet ensuring it's spotless and welcoming for guest arrival. Kathy takes pride in her work...it shows and I am eternally grateful. Having stayed at many other places over the years where I feel a knee jerk reaction to clean upon arrival, this is a 180 degree experience.

Lastly, I've tried to have every amenity guests would want to make their precious vacation relaxing and enjoyable. From the Kiehl's bath products to bikes and beach gear, to a fully stocked kitchen, you only need to bring your clothes and food. That's the way it SHOULD be!
