THE SPACE
The Linsley House is a grand and gracious 2-story Victorian era home that has been thoughtfully restored to honor its storied past while embracing every modern comfort you could desire. As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive and private occupancy of the expansive front unit of this distinguished duplex — your own private sanctuary within a home that has stood the test of time.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort as the highest priority: (Above 4 guests is an extra per night charge).

The Primary Bedroom — Sink into the luxurious King-sized bed appointed with a Purple Restore Premier Mattress, widely regarded as one of the finest sleep surfaces available. Wake up truly rested and ready for whatever the day holds.

The Second Bedroom — A beautifully furnished Queen bedroom, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a little extra space and comfort. Also features a dedicated work desk for those who need to stay productive during their stay.

The Third Bedroom — Two Full-sized Ethan Allen beds make this room ideal for children, additional guests, or those who simply appreciate classic, quality furnishings.

- Please assure all lights are off inside the home. - If there are any last minute dishes, kindly hand wash them and place them on a towel beside the sink to dry. and finally as you exit...
- Please assure that the front porch light & side door light are on before you leave. - Please lock the deadbolt as well as the bottom lock, and return the key to the lockbox & spin the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Signed House Rules Acknowledgment required at booking. Located in Rental Agreement. - SMOKING/VAPING anywhere in or on the property is PROHIBITED.

The Linsley House was a part of a "candy dynasty" in Oswego. The home was owned by Charles and Grace Linsley- Grace (né Long) was the daughter of David D. Long founder of the Oswego Candy Works. His home actually sat in the double lot of the Linsley House.
