Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with an enclosed patio-steps away from the pool.

Newly remodeled Kitchen & master bath! (2022)

Beautiful beach is only 500 yard walk away across the Carlin Park exercise trail!
Unit is recently updated with a master bedroom, kitchen and living room( features a 55" flat screen TV). Bedrooms feature 32" flat screen TVs! !

New tile throughout the living room, dining and kitchen areas!! New Stainless Steel refrigerator and range. New Central Air Conditioning.

The resort community has an onsite Restaurant, two pools, a hot tub, lit tennis courts, a bocce court and an exercise track. Pickleball courts are located a short walk away in Carlin Park.

Enjoy a walk on the beach or lake , jog the Heart Trail or do water aerobics . There is plenty so see & do in Jupiter and much of it is walkable if you are so inclined! The adjoining park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills.

Carlin Park offers additional bocce, tennis and and an amphitheater.

All that you could possibly need is just minutes away: shopping, restaurants, movies theaters, a fitness track and live theater at the Maltz Theatre!

Jupiter Bay is a Very walkable community! For more avid shoppers, the Gardens mall and Downtown are fifteen minutes away.

Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, dining and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. If you fancy a day trip, Orlando and Disney World is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.

Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as pontoon boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intracoastal waterway admiring the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.

Jonathan Dickinson State Park is nearby and provides bike trails, canoe and kayak rentals. Hours of fun exploring the waterway and wildlife awaits you only a short drive away.

The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For golfers we boast too many courses to mention including the PGA.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We appreciate all the apartment updates. Larry and Sue have pretty much thought of everything you may need. They are wonderful hosts. We would love to come back and rent again.

We had a great stay at Larry and Sue’s. It was perfect for getting to our baseball tournament that we were in town for. The condo has everything that you can think you might need. An excellent unit: steps from parking and pool; clean; well furnished. The posted photos do not do it justice. Within walking distance from restaurants, shopping, walking trails, and beach. We especially enjoyed the screened in patio. Rental process as easy and quick. Had a very enjoyable stay. Would rent this property again.

Larry and Sue's place is at a perfect location, very close to a park and the beach. The apartment is just like on the pictures and equipped with everything you need. Larry is a great host and was available whenever I had any questions. We had a great experience!

Great Property Choice!

Very nicely maintained condo in the most perfect location. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect in Jupiter. We absolutely loved our time in Jupiter and the condo choice we made. The pool was directly out the back patio which was great for my 10yo. If we ever come to Jupiter again, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Jupiter Bay East

This property was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable with everything needed for your stay. Close proximity to the beach and a great park with a walking trail and tennis and pickle ball courts. Just a few steps to the pool. The area around the property has an abundance of restaurants and night life. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation to Jupiter.

Jupiter Bay is the best location!!

I have stayed in this condo area for 7 years. Close to Roger Dean stadium, walk to the beach, two great pools, and a neat walking track. It is also close to great restaurants like Twisted Tuna, Food Shack, Jetty’s, Guanabanas, and The Woods. Loved having a first floor unit where screened patio opens out close to the pool. Everything was as pictured and very comfortable.

Nice, Spacious Property

A nice property with two large pools, close to the ocean (within a 15 min walk), and nicely outfitted with all conveniences. Beautiful kitchen, large rooms and updated master bath. One pool is right outside of lanai. My only suggestion is to have less laundry for renters to do when leaving, but overall, a very nice condo experience. If in Jupiter, I would stay there again.

Family Fun in Jupiter

This location was perfect for our trip. We were 10 minutes from family and 10 minutes from the beach. It is nicely appointed and there is plenty of room for everyone to ‘do their thing’. The pool is steps from the screened in patio. The owners were very gracious and helped us through our logistical issues when hurricane Ian arrived during our last week. I will definitely consider a return visit.
