We had a wonderful stay at The Alexander. The unit was clean and welcoming. There were a few paint blemishes, but other than that this condo was perfect! The location is amazing too!

The condo was overall clean and in a great location — just a short, easy walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. The kitchen seemed to be somewhat updated and functional, but the rest of the unit definitely shows its age. The bathrooms were quite dated, with chipped paint on the doors and even on the bathtub, which didn’t feel very pleasant. The condition of the bathrooms made the stay feel a bit less comfortable. If you’re looking for a very modern or recently renovated place, this might not be the right fit, but if location and cleanliness are your top priorities, it works.
