It has a small kitchen and bathroom, a new bed and mattress as well as a patio and quaint living area. This property has amenities for everyone! You can enjoy dinners on the private patio or keep cool indoors on those rainy, humid days with the air conditioning and fan.

Feel free to go for a stroll around the island by foot or via public transportation that is conveniently located near the property. Find that the apartment is ideally located within walking distant to supermarkets, coffee shops, banks and the Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre that features designer stores such as Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Michael Kors, and more. This property is also a 5 minute drive to some of the islands top spas, cafes, golf courses and restaurants including the world renowned Sandy Lane golf course and the Cliff restaurant.

While staying here you are also granted access to the Sunset Crest Beach Club, which includes amenities such as a pool, full stocked bar and restaurant. If the pool isn't for you, the beach is also within a 5 minute walking distance.

The property also features and one day maid service per week to ensure that the area is kept clean, the towels are changed and sheets are renewed for your enjoyment. The air-conditioning requires BBD to operated. $1 BBD is approximately 2hrs of AC.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

Enjoyed my stay at 3 Flamboyant, Sunset Crest, Holetown. The condominium was small but well equipped with almost everything for a comfortable stay. In a convenient location for shops, transport, Holetown beach, the supermarket, eating places and an excellent ice cream parlour. Tony and his wife make sure the place is cleaned weekly to a good standard and were efficient, prompt and reliable in sorting out any issues that arose. Loved the walked into Holetown in the evening with the atmospheric sounds of the whistling frogs and the beautiful starry sky.. Only a couple of things I wanted - a garlic crusher, vegetable peeler and second beach towel (there was only one). Would definitely return and recommend.
