This newer, open-aired canal home with private heated pool (heat is on end of Nov. thru April) and home is decorated with elegant yet casual furnishings. It is your 'home away from home'.
Enjoy the large heated pool with screened lanai overlooking your private dock. The home has central air and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to add to your comfort. If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy the water view with occasional pelicans, dolphins and manatees all from 'your backyard'.
The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, plenty of room for 4.
**Master bedroom-king-size bed, satellite tv & dvd walk-in closet to include adjacent bathroom with walk in shower
**2nd bedroom-queen-size bed and walk-in closet and second bathroom with walk in shower
**3rd bedroom-two twin-size beds and walk-in closet
**spacious kitchen with new appliances

**open living room with french doors overlooking the pool and dock

Weekly rates are from $1120-$1400 average rates:
($1120 for 2 adults, $200 for each additional adult for the total stay and $100 for each child)Total number of persons in the home are 5
Holiday weeks from $1300-1500
Monthly rates are $4120 & 10% off
Additional taxes of 12% and a cleaning fee of $150
No extra charge for pets
Rental monies due 30 days prior to arrival with credit card
PLEASE: No smoking in the house only in the Lanai area as a courtesy to non smoking vacationers (extra fee of $50 will be charged if house smells when cleaning crew get there)

The house was very nice and functional. kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cookware. The pool is only heated during Oct.-April so we didn’t get to enjoy that due to water was too cold. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed the property, it was a little cold to enjoy the pool, but certainly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. The property was clean and exactly was the way the listing was advertised when we go back next year we would love to stay at this property again.
