This house was perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space to hang out as a group or get some alone time. The beach chairs and toys made things easier because we didn't have to worry about bringing/buying any. The arcade games and candy machine were a hit (with kids and adults). The spa/pool also looked amazing but we didn't have time to try it out. Already talking about when we can go back!!

This is the perfect property for a large family gathering. Having six bathrooms makes beach cleanup so much easier. And the fact that the owner provided all of the beach chairs, cabana, toys, wagon, and the boogie boards made it so much easier that we didn’t have to bring all that stuff ourselves. Plus they did have beach towels! Lovely property, the pool was a wonderful respite from the beach. All in all probably the best place that we have stayed and we’ve been going to the beach for many many years.

Our stay here was enjoyable from top to bottom! Not only was there a ton of space with every bedroom having its own bathroom, these hosts added so many meaning touches as well. There are multiple options for coffee, from brewing to a Keurig. They had beach towels for us to borrow, as well as a shed downstairs stocked with all kinds of beach toys. The owners were so responsive and messaged us throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed. The swim spa was much bigger than expected. The bedrooms were nicely appointed with quality bedding and pillows. And the listing description is very accurate regarding location and access to the beach. I recommend Rick’s Rentals for golf cart. They dropped it off right at check in time, and it worked great for us! 10/10, would rent here again a million times over.

We had our Easter Family Trip in this beautiful home. We all loved it. The lay out of this house was perfect. Big living room and kitchen with big windows all around to see the ocean. The kids loved the game room and hot tubs. I loved sitting in the rocking chairs or swing drinking my coffee and watching the birds and waves. We could walk to beach and the station right up the road had great pizza and the Mexican restaurant had awesome food. There was 10 of us and we had so much room in the house and on the porches and the carport was awesome too. We loved sitting by the fire pit . We all couldn’t think of one thing we would change. Awesome place, we will for sure be back.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! If they only could’ve managed to make the weather nicer it would’ve been perfect! It is the first time I’ve been at a house That was nicer than the pictures looked! The accommodations were wonderful in the kitchen was properly equipped for everything we needed. The beach view was wonderful. Location to downtown Galveston was perfect. Our host was kind and accommodating and quick to respond. Would love to be able to come back again, especially if the weather was better! The beach location would’ve been ideal if we could’ve enjoyed it a little more often! 10 out of 10!!

Hi, we're Stephen and Leena!

We're so excited to welcome you to our beautiful beach home — a perfect getaway for you, your family, and friends. While our home has been a vacation rental for over a year with many happy guests, we recently made the switch from a property management company to managing it ourselves.
As a result, we had to create a brand-new listing, and unfortunately, that means our previous reviews aren’t visible here. To give you a sense of the great experiences our past guests have had, we’ve included screenshots of some of those reviews in the photo gallery.

Why they chose this property

Jamaica Beach is one of the few spots in Texas where you can take your car straight onto the sand—perfect for beachgoers who love a little adventure with their sunshine. Want to kick it up a notch? Rent a golf cart and cruise the shoreline or explore the neighborhood in style. The whole town has a super relaxed, family-friendly vibe that makes it easy to kick back and feel at home right away.

What makes this property unique

- Walkability to the Beach (2 minutes!) – Not just beach views, but beach access just steps away.

- 6 Bedrooms + 6 Full Baths – Rare for family/group stays, especially with en-suite-style comfort.

- SwimSpa Combo – The luxury of a pool and hot tub in one, ideal for both fun and relaxation.

- Double Decks with Gulf Views – Stunning outdoor space that’s both scenic and functional.

- Game-Focused Setup – Two arcades, foosball, board games, and cornhole—truly family- and kid-friendly.

- Stylish, Coastal Interior – Shiplap, white and blue tones, open-plan layout = Instagram-worthy calm.

- Bar Area with Outdoor TV + Fire Pit – Perfect for evening hangs and group gatherings.

- Pet-Friendly – Few upscale rentals allow pets this close to the beach.

- Flexible Sleeping Spaces – Thoughtfully planned bedrooms for kids, adults, and large groups.

- Self-Managed by Owners – Personal touches, faster response, and warm, intentional hosting.
