Linens: Please remove the sheets and pillowcases from all used beds and leave them in a pile at the foot of each bed. Do not wash. Please place used towels in laundry basket in bathroom closet.
Light Cleaning: Please perform a light tidy-up of the property. Appliances: Please ensure all appliances (oven, stovetop, microwave, etc.) are turned off.
Please cover outdoor furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO smoking in the house.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. Please respect the neighbors. No parties
The barn/garage is not accessible. The area, directly behind the barn in the cattle corral contains farm equipment and is off limits to guest.
