Gorgeous Lake Winnebago Sunsets with private backyard! Pet-friendly!

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath year-round home on beautiful Lake Winnebago East Shore. Gorgeous sunsets can be enjoyed from nearly the entire property. New dock installed 2019. Bring your fishing pole, jet ski, boat, etc. for fun on the water! There is a small pebbly beach next to the dock from which you can easily launch our kayaks or paddleboard.

Electric fireplace in the living room for cozy nights inside. Home includes 1 King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom (can be used as a second king bed for a couples weekend), plus a queen air mattress is available. Large kitchen, dining area, and living room have great views of the Lake. Bathroom is a good size with shower unit (no tub), and an extra 1/2 bath is also available. Most doors are 36" and zero entry from garage, so the property is handicapped friendly. A washer and dryer are also available for use.

Other amenities include a gas grill, a fire pit with free firewood, kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard with life jackets.

NOTE: We do not allow tying a boat to the dock due to potential damage to your boat and our dock. Calumet County Park and High Cliff State Park both have boat launches and are only 5-10 minutes away.

Sherwood and Stockbridge are each just a short drive away. High Cliff State Park is about 5 mins away, with nearby access to miles of park trails. Calumet County Park is about 5 mins away and has a boat launch, and there is a new hiking/biking trail connecting our road with Calumet County Park. The Shanty Bar & Grill is within walking distance and offers great food and live music on select nights. Ledgeview Nature Center Caves and Kettle Moraine State Park are short drives away. Many Golf Courses in the area as well. Free Tennis and Pickleball courts at Wanick Choute Park in nearby Sherwood. LaClare Creamery goat farm is just a short drive away for some goat yoga or an excellent lunch. Ledgeview and Ziegler's Wineries are fun outings. In the fall, enjoy Mulberry Lane Farms is great for kids and you can pick your own pumpkin in fall, or take a drive to see fall colors throughout the area. For winter activities, the home is only a 1/4 mile from the main ice road that runs across the lake from Faro Springs to Payne's Point Neenah. Snowmobile, ice fish, sturgeon spearing, "Battle on Bago" tournament, or just enjoy the tranquility. Many other great restaurants are in the area featuring some iconic Supper Clubs, the classic Friday night Fish Fry, great barbeque and pizza, or even Mexican.
