One Bedroom (King) with sofa sleeper (queen) on the shores of Wilke Lake in Manitowoc County. Includes: air-conditioning, dishwasher, electric fire-place, flat screen TV with satellite, internet access, gas grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit (starter wood provided), private pier, paddle boat and kayak.

Area Attractions include: Henning Wisconsin Cheese Factory / Museum(less than 1 mile away) stop in to learn how cheese is made or or for a taste of a locally produced ice cream. Six of Wisconsin's top golf courses are within 30 minutes of our location including The Bull, Black Wolf Run and Whistling Straits (Irish and Straights Cources), Pine Hills Country Club. Road America is about 20 minutes away. Green Bay Packer Stadium and Packer Hall of Fame about 50 miles. Art lovers may enjoy the John Michael Kohler Arts Center or The Plymouth Arts Center. Good shopping and restaurants close.

Everything was great. The cottage was clean, nice view of the lake, and easy to find. The hosts were friendly. Overall, it was a great getaway for us, we thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return soon. Sitting on the patio at night under the stars was nice and relaxing.

The cabin was quite nice and had everything you would need on site to make cooking a breeze and your stay relaxing. The hosts are friendly and live across the driveway if you need any assistance. The view of the lake is beautiful with several places provided to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. If you live in an area with lots of light pollution like we do, I suggest doing a bit of stargazing. On a clear night the sky lights up. The only negative I would have is that the bedroom window faces east so the morning sun comes early and bright through the blinds. Overall it was an excellent and relaxing stay with several places not far to eat and If you like cheese don't miss the Cheese Factory that's practically down the street.

We grew up and raised our family in nearby Sheboygan County. Richard has enjoyed Wilke Lake and it's activities for over 50 years. We were able to purchase this family property over 35 years ago. We have enjoyed spending time on the water, swimming, water skiing, and fishing) with our children and grandchildren. We currently are retired and live here year around.

This property has been in Richard's family for over 50 years. Our family has enjoyed spending both summer and winter at the lake and we are looking forward to sharing our family paradise with you.
