Welcome to Chalet Echo, an intimate retreat nestled in nature, located directly on the banks of the Assomption River.

*This stunning chalet, designed by the architects at the Montreal-based firm L’ABRI, features a minimalist and refined design that highlights the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. With its thoughtful and environmentally conscious architecture, Chalet Echo was built to reduce its ecological footprint while offering modern comfort.

*It’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature, whether you`re planning a getaway with family, friends, or seeking a peaceful work retreat. The chalet invites you to recharge and truly disconnect from the everyday hustle.

*The chalet offers 1,000 square feet of warm, bright living space, ideal for up to 4 guests. It includes two enclosed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary dishware. For outdoor meals, a propane BBQ is also available. The full bathroom includes a bathtub-shower combo, and a washer and dryer are accessible at all times for your convenience. You`ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a projector for cozy movie nights.

*Outside, you’ll love the variety of spaces to enjoy every season: a rooftop terrace, a ground-level deck, a screened-in gazebo for summer evenings, a firepit area, and a spacious yard.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

*IMPORTANT*
Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7.1 of By-law No. 657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme.

We have a projector in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.

The cellular network is very limited at the chalet

We do have a wood fire place in the chalet.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
*IMPORTANT*
Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7. 1 of By-law No. 657 - 2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

1. A $500 security deposit & a photo of your ID might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage. Fireworks are prohibited at any time, no exception.

5. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.

At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

7. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

8. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable

9. You cannot use a floating island neither your own embarcations on all body of water at Saint-Côme. You absolutely have to use what we offer in order to comply with the municipality rules.

10. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
