No WiFi, hot water.Beautiful condo complex at Mont Saint Anne ski resort. Brand new and incredibly clean! Low rating due to no communication from host throughout our weekend stay, despite asking several questions. There was no WiFi access despite WiFi info given thru Vrbo app and posted on fridge. Being from the US, we had very limited phone data so this was a problem. Parking lots are not marked so we had to guess where the P2 overflow parking lot was located (our car carrier wouldn’t allow us to use the heated garage). The soaking tub in the bathroom wouldn’t plug in order to hold water and after a day of skiing and -20degree temps it was too cold to use the outdoor hot tub. The soaking tub would have been nice! Ran out of hot water after doing a load of laundry and trying to figure out the tub. 2 people took cold showers after the day of skiing. Water was hot again by morning. All of these concerns were messaged to the host without response. This is a brand new condo: comfy beds, all new and modern appliances (which took some gentle figuring out, but not difficult). I found that this condo appears to be for sale online right now and this VRBO rental may be a new thing for the host with zero communication. This has not been our experience ever with VRBO and hosts have always communicated via the messaging system. The price of this unit would not be worth renting here again and I wouldn’t recommend for another family traveling until the host figures out communication.
