Mt.Bachelor Village Resort Condo wth washer/dryer. A perfect place to relax.

Located on Bend's westside, a short walk along the Deschutes river trail to the Old Mill district & off the Cascade lakes Hwy to Mount Bachelor, it's a convenient home base for any recreation or vacation plans.

This ground floor-end unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new heat n' glo gas fireplace & a/c unit for comfort. Entertainment options include a 60" HD-TV.

A queen bed with a new Saatva mattress is layered with linens & duvet cover in the bedroom. Combined with a La-z-boy sofa sleeper queen bed in the living room, the condo can conveniently accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathroom includes a washer/dryer machine and a spacious tile shower equipped with spray wand and jets.

Outside, a barbecue gas grill, dining table, lounging patio set filling out a private deck offering views of the surrounding wooded landscape and Cascade Hwy off in the distance.

We require a 2-nights minimum booking.

Mount Bachelor resort amenities included:

Pool in summer, 2 hot tubs open year round, bike & river trail access... all which could make downtime as enjoyable as the many recreational options home to Central Oregon. This unit is located directly across from the pool area, the closet possible location.

Included as well, complimentary use of in-house recreational equipment:

* badminton rackets and birdies
* Sno-park pass

Check that thermostat is set to 55 Gas grill, fireplace, coffeemaker and air conditioner are all off Hang used towels in bathroom Clean the grill, microwave and refrigerator
No need to take the sheets off the bed. Please do not leave bedding on the floor. If you used the couch bed, please remove the sheets, close up the couch and leave the sheets on a pile on the couch.
The blue patio chair closest to the rail should be covered Check that the bedroom window and balcony is door are closed and locked When you leave, shut the door and press Ultralock

Great location, easy to walk to the Mill District and the park. We rode the bikes provided to DT area and around the river. If you’re going to the amphitheater it’s also an easy to ride the bikes provided there, and use the lock provided. In the morning, we sipped coffee on the deck and watched the deer and fawns walk about. The condo was just as described and pictures are accurate. Overall a great experience!

The location of this property is excellent! Incredibly convenient to downtown, Old Mill District and the mountain. Beautiful area with very easy access to the Deschutes River path. Communication with the property manager was very good. The bed was super comfortable and the shower upgrade is very nice. The only reason my overall rating is a 4 is because this unit is on the lower lever and the noise from the unit above was a challenge at times. If you are a light sleeper, take this into consideration. Thank you!

What makes this property unique

We love that our condo was remodeled to include a washer/dryer. We love the pool and playground that are just a few steps away. The cruiser bikes are kept on good condition and the bike trail is just behind the condo. The river has tube floating and kayaking (not included). Smith Rock is a fun day trip.
