The Space:

Mornings often begin with soft light over the gardens and the sound of the shoreline nearby, while afternoons invite you to alternate between the beach and the pool. As evening settles in, the warm air and distant surf create a peaceful atmosphere along the Riviera Nayarit coastline.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom offers a calm setting for rest with bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe for your belongings. A mosquito net adds an extra layer of comfort during tropical evenings. For families traveling with little ones, the space also includes a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. Board games and children’s bikes add options for relaxed downtime together.

The bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, along with cleaning products to help keep the space comfortable during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides the flexibility to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy morning coffee before heading out to explore the shoreline, or gather around the dining area after a day by the water. An outdoor dining area and BBQ grill offer another option for meals when you want to enjoy the coastal air.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
