The house was amazing, the inside interior was beautiful. the appliances were up to date and all working. The bathroom? Amazing! So spacious and comfortable as well as pretty! The bedrooms were clean and presentable with huge beds. The backyard is beautiful and had a grill for a huge bonus!!

The house is cozy, meaning it has only 2 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and a living-dining-kitchen area downstairs. Upstairs, both rooms together had a total of 3 beds that were roomy enough for my 4 teenagers (ranging in heights from 5’10” to 6’3”). The teens all complimented the mattress comfort! There are 2 couches in the first floor living room large enough to accommodate one person each. The kitchen and dining room were large enough for all 5 of us. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appeared new. The downstairs bathroom- as advertised -just has a toilet and a sink. The hosts went above and beyond with responding to messages the first night while we figured out the heat. The house got 4 out of 5 stars because the windows are a little tricky to fully close and lock, and if it’s not done correctly, the inside temperature can drop. Again, I really appreciated the hosts who were very helpful. I would rank this house as a very good value for the money.

Clean for the most part. The dishes and silverware were all put away with something crusted still on it. Only one bottle of hand soap for the entire house. The front door has cracks in it that let in light and sound. Cars drive through quickly, so it sounds like speeding cars are right next to you. If anyone is in the top bunkbed, they better not ever move or the whole thing turns into a squeak factory. Host response time was quick and very polite. Check in was easy.
