This sunny first-floor, spacious one-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental located in Deer Park Resort comfortably sleeps five guests. The condominium is located on the entry level of a hotel-style building, between the Pemigewassett River and the lake with a sandy beach. Enter to find the spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a dining table that seats six, and two large mirrors that complement the space. The open, full kitchen is adjacent to the living room. From the living step out and relax on the cozy patio with a view toward the East Branch of the river. The bedroom holds a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full connecting bath. The second full bath is close to the entrance.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the lower level of the condominium building.

The unit is very close to the Deer Park Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness club, racquetball courts, Ping-Pong table, a lovely fireplace lounge with various games, and a private man-made lake with a sandy beach. In summer, tennis courts are available throughout the resort.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake.

Nothing really stood out. The location was great. The unit was a good size. It really could use an update however. We have stayed in quite a few vrbo's and found this one rather dull. It was more about the decor but it otherwise had everything you needed. Not a very warm and welcoming unit. Lamps were all over the place, as were all the cords. Almost too many pieces of furniture. Cabinets are place high on the wall. Lighting was weird. More direction on the heating and setting it would be helpful. The units should have more direct lighting in the hallways. It was difficult to read the number in the lock box because it was so dark.

You pay for what you get but can’t beat the location

Condo was severely outdated and there was hardly any communication with the host, but the property was clean and cost efficient. Woodstock had a main water line break and when I reached out to the host, the reply received was short and defensive. It was just okay, but we go every year with family so in the future I would pay more for a more comfortable stay. The bed was hard, pillows lumpy, and overall just felt old and worn.

It was wonderful to come back to a resort where we used to own years ago. Deer Park is a treasure. The unit was clean, very comfy living room and the queen bed was just ok. Some decor was outdated but in good conditon. Kitchen supplies were good. The beauty of this place is definitely the outdoors and a short walk to both Lincoln and N Woodstock. We would love to return some day.

Was good overall

Loved the property had a problem with lock box and key definitely sould have better instructions on how to open but def had good communication and they went above and beyond to take care of issue. Only problem I had with the rental was needed to updated furniture and the TVs were dated sould have smart TVs Roku etc.

Upon opening the door the entire unit smelled like baby throw up… the entire couch smells absolutely disgusting like throw up. I contacted the host and they sent someone down who changed the covers on the couch which did not help what so ever. We refused to sit on the couch our entire stay and limited our time in the unit just for sleeping. Pretty disappointing. The rest of the unit was fine and we love the resort but the smell was unbearable.

Couple night getaway to the Whites

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoy this little condo complex with family and friends. Great location in the complex by the lake and pool. It does not face the lake but the driveway to the parking lot. Sunset views over the mountain. Condo is clean but dated. White carpet throughout. Beds are SOFT. One pillow per person and only one bath towel per person. I would suggest bringing your own. You need wristbands to use the lake and pool that are not in the unit (though the paperwork says they are) you have to go to the front desk of the fitness center to get the bands and return before you leave.

Way too overpriced. Check in took half hour. Prior Renters before didn’t return key and deer park reps had to find. Email with code for lock box (which keys weren’t in anyway) came only 1 hour prior and let’s not forget it’s New Hampshire. Cell service is intermittent. We didn’t receive check in email until after we were on WiFi

1) A/C inadaquit. 2) Crant-out windows did not work. 3( Bedroom overhead fan was not working properly. 4) Portable fan had a broken stand and had to lean it against the wall.

A queen bed and twin bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.There was no sofa bed. There was no sofa bed in the living room as it had been replaced with a sectional. It would have been nice to be informed of this change. Very unprofessional of the rental co.Several items in the unit were broken or damaged. The towel rack in one bathroom was hanging on by loose screws out of the plaster. The handle on the recliner was broken. A handle on a drawer in the bathroom was missing. And the light colored rug was dirty.I loved Deer Park. But this unit was not the best. The adult using a C-Pap ended up sleeping in a friends unit on their sofa bed. Not the best vacation for either unit.

However the carpeting was badly stained in several areas reducing the unit's overall appeal. It should have been replaced as the stains appeared to have been there for some time. Also, the only outlet in the ensuite bath did not work. However the location of this complex is wonderful, very quiet and spacious yet very close to downtown Lincoln.
