and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home

will result in a fine of 💰$500.00

SAME DAY EXTENSION - The guest can extend their stay but subject to the limitations

NOTE FOR SDE (same day extension) :
- Guests can submit a request to extend a stay up until the day of check out, and if you
would like to extend your stay on the day of checkout, You would have to book a new
reservation. Prior to the checkout day, we may consider extension requests
LATE CHECK OUT EXTENSION REQUEST
- All guests have a cut off for late checkout requests at 8AM central standard time on the day
of checkout. Beyond 8AM requests will be automatically ❌Denied❌.
UnAuthorized Pet 🐾 - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the
reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of 💰$200 will be charged for
any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must
be declared on the reservation.
Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a fee of $100 per hour ⏰
- Please request in advance if you need flexibility — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Parties and Events 🎉 - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a
party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a
fine of 💰$500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of
any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.
MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be
deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no
exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your
reservation.

NOISE DETECTORS
Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is
STRICTLY prohibited. A $150 violation fee will apply.

GUEST PROPERTY:
✅ Guests are kindly reminded to check their belongings before departure. We are not
responsible for any items left behind after your stay.
✅ If any items are left behind and need to be mailed back to you there will be a $100 charge.
No Deliveries or Packages
To maintain privacy and security on the property, guests are strictly prohibited from having any
packages, mail, or deliveries sent to this address during your stay. Any items sent to the
property will be charged a Penalty of $50
Building Security & Access Policy 🏢
To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who
does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves using their
personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.
Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a 💰$200
fine.
Important: ✅
1️⃣• First Violation: You will receive a formal warning.
2️⃣• Second Violation: Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay
or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**
Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated
violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Missing or damaged items 💢 - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the
property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be
charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to 💰$250.00.
Moving of furniture isn't allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in
a $100 fine.
