Why they chose this property

I live all my life in this neighborhood. It is locked at the centre of the city , you can walk to Plaka or Syntagma if you like walking it is about 30 minutes , or you can be there in three station stops. It a niceand friendly area with everything you may need

What makes this property unique

It is an independent townhouse, 50 tm, made with nice colors and fan spirit. It has a balcony and a front entrance with flowers , it is quiet and safe. The metro station is 300 m. far and less than 50-100 m there a bakery, laundry, super market, farmacy etc. The house also is full equipment with whatever you may need.
