House that has potential

The property owner was kind and extremely responsive to inquiries. The house does not have a working washing machine which would have help out as we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the house was perfect for the venue of the games and access to dinning and entertainment. This is an older house that definitely needs some TLC.

I’m sorry to hear the lack of a washing machine was an inconvenience during your trip. As noted in the listing, laundry facilities are not currently available on-site, but I do recommend a nearby laundromat for guests needing those services. I understand how important that can be during a busy trip like yours and apologize if that detail was missed before booking. As mentioned, this is indeed an older home, and while it has its quirks, we strive to represent it as accurately as possible through both the description and photos in the listing. We’re also continually making improvements—new windows will be installed by the end of July to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. Thanks again for your stay, and I appreciate your comments as we work to continue improving the experience for all!
