The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials—including pots, pans, and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. A desk workspace is provided for any work or creative tasks, making it ideal for both business trips and weekend getaways. Plus, enjoy high-speed Google Fiber 1 Gig Wifi throughout your stay.
Please note, as The Monarch is a historic building and does not have egress windows, it`s against code to have bedroom doors. This unique feature helps preserve the historic charm while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

*NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ DRUGS/ UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)
*DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN (it is a safety hazard and will cause moisture to build inside the home, which can result in mildew)
*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.
