When you want to experience a luxurious Orange Beach vacation in a newly Caribbean style decorated condo, Unit 507 offers the best of Phoenix VI that ensures a relaxing retreat! We are in the middle of upscale Orange Beach, conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions.

The broad white sandy beaches and emerald green waters are absolutely breathtaking. There are so many amazing amenities at your fingertips you will need to extend your stay just to use them all. The Phoenix VI features a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, a fitness center facing the Gulf, a sauna, racquetball courts, tennis courts, and a grilling/picnic area are just a few!

Enjoy a mesmerizing, direct gulf front view in this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Located on the 5th floor, with convenient elevator access, this unit is so tastefully decorated it will melt your stress away and transport you to island time the moment you enter. The living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, comfortable recliners, coastal furnishings, tasteful art, and a flat screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The dining room has seating for four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king-size bed that is tastefully decorated with some of our favorite personal dive photos, and has a flat screen TV. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in your condo. Balcony offers a table with four chairs and a lounger for you and your family to enjoy the beautiful view.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great Stay

We completely enjoyed our stay, the condo was as advertised. It was clean and the check in and check out process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Condo well decorated. The shower was hard to get going. Odd way to get hot water. TV was dish and signal kept getting lost. The outside of Phoenix 6 is run down along with the waterfall at the pool. Overpriced for value received.

Orange Beach getaway

The glass turntable was missing from the microwave, the ice maker did not work, and there was no hot water in the kitchen. We had problems getting the TV to come on, but finally figured it out. I reported these issues to the front desk and a maintainance man did come a couple of days later to replace the turntable in the microwave. He also worked on the ice maker and it did begin to work. However, the hot water problem was not resolved.

WONDERFUL!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described. But anyone renting should remember to bring certain bathroom essentials that you normally would not think to bring such as TP as well as Laundry washing supplies which I simply did not think to do. The check-in process was seriously backed up and the room was not ready at check-in time but a short walk along the beach covered the downtime.. Overall, I have zero complaints and will be going back again as soon as possible..

Great condo with a great location!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property! Both the Check In and Departure processes were very easy, and the staff members were pleasant, diligent, and informative! We will definitely book this condo again! Our only suggestion for the future is to provide clean dishes. The majority of the dishes provided in the kitchen were not very clean and had to be hand washed before using them. Other than this minute inconvenience, the condo was awesome, and we would highly recommend to others!
