Jacob was an excellent host, always returned questions promptly and was extremely friendly. The property had an excellent kitchen setup and very comfortable rooms. The temp was always perfect due to a great hvac system. Excellent off street parking! Real great place to stay!

This property is clean and comfortable! The beds are awesome and the large window in the kitchen is my favorite part. The views are stunning. We loved seeing the kittens and farm animals on the property. The only downside is the bathroom has a shower on the small side. However the price is awesome and the property is very close to the heart of Price so it was a home run!

Weekend PRS

Great place nice quiet area great views. Nice convenient location easy access to food gas and restaurants. Hosts is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

The only suggestion I have would be to put a tv in the room where the table is. Some people don’t like to lay in bed and watch tv. The outside has so much potential.

This way a nice place to get away. Private, inside clean. The only thing not good was that outside needs a little clean up work done. Where the picnic table & BBQ was, could not use because there was way to many stickers and not a pleasant place but it very well good be! Thank you for a nice place. Host got back to me pretty fast as well. :)

Good experience. Here are some things I wanted to know before I booked which wasn't clear in the listing:*The main house is 60 feet away from this garage stay. It was far enough away that this felt fairly private.*The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, everything else is up 12 stairs.*The area isn't very walkable.*Shower is very tight*No couch*Nothing close by, but everything is about a 7 minute drive awayExcellent kitchen, bedroom and dining area. It was clean and typically quiet (farm animals are close by). When visiting Price, I would stay again.

Jacob was super helpful with all the details we needed and the farm fresh eggs were delicious! Our daughter is at USUE and it was a great location for us to be near for our visit. A short 8 minute drive away. Thanks for everything!
