Great location

Had a great time. The beach was awesome and the accommodation was nice. Our only mild dissatisfaction was that the master bedroom never really got cool. But we put up a couple of box fans and made it just fine. Would stay at the Phoenix III again.

Just as described.

The room was just like the pictures. The corner balcony was amazing with plenty room for the whole family to be out at once. The only problem we experienced was the Master A/C didn’t work well. There was never any cold air coming out of the open vents (we checked). A/C worked perfectly in the rest of the rooms.

Everything was good for the most part. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The view was amazingly beautiful. The only thing we didn't like is we didn't know that we had to replenish our own trash bags and take it down daily which wasn't told or explained along with washing and drying our own towels. The dryer didn't get the towels dried unless we restarted it 6 times. The front desk wasn't very helpful with getting us towels to use. Other than that everything was great. We would stay here again.
