About this property

Spring is coming!! Save money, one mile from the beach! Ok to smoke outside.

Myrtle Beach is waiting for you at this house. You have your own private entrance and plenty of parking space. We occupy the back of the house. We have two rat terriers and an outdoor cat, but they are not allowed in the rental part of the house.

There is a game room and a coffee/tea station. Games, puzzles, foosball, a telescope, flashlights for nighttime shell hunting, and more. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The game room has a futon suitable for 2 small children, or 2 teenagers. There is a microwave and refrigerator. The coffee and tea station offers a variety of choices, including water. You even have a rolling cooler you can take to the beach.

No smoking is allowed in the house, but the front porch is designated and has ashtrays available. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. You are 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, The Boardwalk, Coastal Grand Mall, and some good eating spots.

The accommodation were clean and well maintained. It was perfect and meet all if our expectations. During our stay we experienced a family emergency. The property owners showed deep concern for our situtation and offered to assist us in any way. Going above and beyond what most property owners would do. My wife and I were extremely grateful for everything they did for us while we dealt with our issue. If your looking for a a vacation retail where the property owners display a genuine concern you enjoy your visit. You should strongly consider staying here.

Cozy getaway in Myrtle Beach

Very cozy home in a safe neighborhood. Perfect if you plan on going to the beach as it was super clode. Very conveniently located near shopping and attractions as well. New to renting their property, so there is plenty of room for improvement.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Property owner was very nice and kept up communication with us well. Owner even went out of her way to ask if we needed anything from the grocery store while she was out and about. Highly recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood and located within a quick drive to most everything.

Beachy!!!!

Overall, enjoyed the accommodations. Location was perfect for all the attractions. The front porch area was a nice touch to relax throughout our trip. This was our first shared home rental. Owners were very courteous and messaged appropriately to check in. Would utilize this rental on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!!!

This rental was a nice getaway from home, and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We were given our privacy, and if an issue arose the host was readily available. My biggest compliments for the host and home is its beauty and access to a great variety of amenities. My only complaint is the smell of a pet in the rental, but it did not take away from what was offered throughout our stay.

I'm sorry you were upset, because you decided to bring 3 adults, instead of the two you claimed when you made your reservation. By reading my property listing more carefully, you would have noticed that the 2nd bedroom had a futon for 2 children, and possibly a young adult, not an aging Mother.
