This warm and inviting one story 2,000 square foot single family home has an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of space. Two large bedrooms and a den with a trundle bed. 2 full baths. Master bedroom has new furniture and mattress with a king size bed. Master bath has double vanities with granite countertops. Relax and sooth yourself in the soaker tub. Second bedroom has king bed and a trundle.
Kick back and watch a movie on the 65 inch flatscreen TV in the livingroom. Fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. Open floor plan with plenty of windows that overlook the golf course and pond complete with ducks. Take in the mountain views that are right outside the back door. Enjoy dining out on our back patio along the golf course. And if its chilly out, cozy up to the gas fueled fire-pit. Dual air conditioning/heating. Double garage with direct access into the house. You will definitely be very comfortable in this clean, well kept home.

The house was very comfy and allowed the family to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The fire pit was nice - we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs :D

Great home in Indian Palms Country Club

We enjoyed our 5 week stay. The home came with everything we needed. I enjoyed quick access to the development's golf course and practice facility. I am an avid cyclist and was in relatively undeveloped countryside quickly without much vehicle traffic to worry about. It was fun to watch golfers tee off on the 4th hole of the Royal course and was able to witness the excitement of a hole-in-one.

Good Coachella house

House was awesome - bigger than expected, and the open concept living room and kitchen was perfect for our group of 8. Had everything we needed! Was pleasantly surprised by: 1) a community pool and 2) washer / dryer One thing to note if you’re going to Coachella/stagecoach, given the neighborhood’s rules on pedestrian access of certain entrances/exits, the walk door-to-door to the festival grounds was ~50 minutes (20 minutes from house to entrance of neighborhood, 10 minutes from neighborhood to festival entrance, ~20 min from festival entrance to grounds). We ended up driving our car to the neighborhood entrance, paying $10 a day to park in the parking lot, and then walking to the festivals

We stayed for Coachella, and loved our stay. Great location, and very spacious. The bbq was great, place was clean, and there was lots of sleeping room. The owner was very responsive, and I would highly recommend this place.

We loved the house. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

Enjoyed sitting on the patio having our morning coffee and admiring the wonderful sunrises. The duck pool was quite entertaining watching the ducks sometimes getting along and sometimes arguing amongst themselves. Loved the aqua fit classes in the community pool. Everyone so friendly. The owners here were just great and we look forward to returning next year.

Everything we were looking for

We had a great time in our 2 1/2 months in Indio for the winter. Our stay was enhanced buy this wonderful home and the excellent interaction with the owner. Everything was so easy from getting into the home on the day of our arrival to picking up the key card to the fitness centre. The house was well equipped and had all the amenities of home, we could not have asked for anything more. Both my wife and I are looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect!

Our stay at Taylor & Nancy's house was fantastic! First, I must mention that Taylor and Nancy were very responsive to every question we had prior to our stay and it was a pleasure renting their home. I came with a group of 6 for Weekend 2 of Coachella and this house was in the ideal location, across the street from the entrance and within 3min of a grocery store. Upon arrival we found the house was much larger than we anticipated and had a very open floorplan that was great for a group. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked and the grill was a great bonus that let us prepare every meal in the comfort of the house. We truly enjoyed our time relaxing on the back patio watching the golfers move through with ducks on the pond and mountains in the background. Our entire group would highly recommend staying here!

VERY nice house

We truly enjoyed the time we spent. It is in fantastic condition and is very comfortable with all the comforts of home. Communication to them prior to our arrival was very timely and upon arrival, they wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory to us. We would highly recommend this property.
