Seagull Heights is a direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen ready for your family vacation. The Primary bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three children. The hall bath is just next to the second bedroom and has a shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer. Seagull Heights offers a private terrace accessible from the open concept living/dining room, providing breathtaking 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The building itself offers an impressive range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, two kiddie pools, an oceanfront sundeck, a parking garage, security, a sauna, a game room, a conference room, the Sand Bar (seasonal snack bar) and The Salty Pickle (a full-service bar with food). There are three elevators for your convenience. Seagull Heights is on the 14th floor and provides sweeping views of the Grand Strand, extending from Murrells Inlet to the expansive Atlantic horizon. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Grand Strand, Seagull Heights is within walking distance to Garden City Pier. This condo offers the convenience of nearby major transit routes, such as Hwy 17, Hwy 544, and Carolina Bays Parkway (Hwy 31), making it easy to explore surrounding cities. With Charleston, SC, and Wilmington, NC, just a two-hour drive away, and Myrtle Beach International Airport only 20 minutes from the property, travel is effortless. Local attractions, including Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and the historic city of Conway, are easily accessible. The condo is also within a 25-minute drive of Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel, and close to popular entertainment complexes like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Additionally, Murrells Inlet, known as the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina," is just a short distance away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat at 74 for A/C in summer. Set thermostat at 68 for heat in winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash bagged and put down trash chute when leaving. Cardboard flattened and left in trash room. Recycles deposited in bin in elevator lobby.
All dirty dishes should be put in dishwasher and run with dish soap pod provided when leaving - cleaning service will unload when they come in
If terrace doors are open during stay HVAC unit MUST be turned off. Set A/C in summer at 74 when leaving. Set heat at 68 in winter when leaving.

We had a wonderful stay at seagull heights! Peggy let us know ahead of time that construction was going on at the condo and that the outdoor pool was closed but we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub! Everything was clean and we had a beautiful ocean front view! We have 3 little ones and they even had a pack and play and sand toys for us to use!

This was a perfect vacation for our family. The included beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys provided by the host were extremely convenient and made for a relaxing and fun time on the sand. All towels and linens are provided, along with extra sheets and very soft blankets for the pull out sofa. We did forget beach towels and didn’t want to bring the bath towels down, so we had to air dry after the pool and beach, but that was our fault completely that we forgot to bring them. The view is breathtaking and I loved being able to look out at the ocean while preparing food for my family. Our kids had a great time with the bunk beds and the kid’s room felt more spacious than the pictures in the listing made it look, which is always a nice surprise. My wife loves iced coffee, so the Keurig being able to do both hot and iced coffee was a very nice surprise. We also appreciated the in condo laundry and included detergent so we were able to do wash before leaving and can come home and not worry about laundry. The condo was immaculate as far as cleanliness, which also made us feel much more comfortable and at home. Very clean condo, very responsive host, seamless and easy check in process, beautiful area that felt very safe with lots of activities just a short drive away, and spectacular stay here. We got to see dolphins from the balcony and fireworks off of the piers in both directions. Tons of memories made and we can’t wait to come back!

It was a great stay, beautiful view, loved being right on the beach! Had an option for indoor/outdoor pool. We did have a tropical storm come thru and Host stayed in contact the whole time, if there was any issues. Might bring some extra towels and washcloths, it was nice to have the washer and dryer available so it really it wasn’t a problem. All together it’s was a wonderful stay with our family of 5
