Very good house.

This house is a good one. And the best choice if you find some house for your holiday in Koh samui. And have very nice restaurant (Khao Lay Lae view and Frappe Caffe) both are close to the house.

It such a beautiful and relaxing place .

I have stayed there with my friend. The house is very nice and clean and . You will definitely enjoy a very beautiful mountain view from the house . The location not far from Lamai center . There are also a lovely cafe and restaurant around which you can always enjoy the food and coffee . I would highly recommend this place if you want to retreat yourself and stay a way from a busy tourist place.

WOW - This is a bargain - Super beautiful

This is a small brand new house. I was there with my friend but a family with one or two children will fit. First their house is very clean and on a kind or second floor level. Always good in tropical places. Big kitchen with nice 4 chairs dinning table. They got free wifi. Not the fastest but youtube movies are fine. The bedroom has quite nice air con. I am allergic to dust and had no problem. Restroom is big with walk in shower. Owner told me no crime area very safe. We believed and we had no problem. The owner is a young lady and she got 5 houses but rent out only one online at this time. The others are all taken long term by foreigner already. So we talked to the neighbours once in a while and they were very helpful. We had rented a small car and I recommend this as the location is a bit off the main areas therefore very quiet and with a stunning view into the tropical valley and mountains. It took us 4-5 min. to Lamai beach by car but for urgent needs you have a 7/11 minimart about a mile away. If we ever come to Thailand and the island again would return to say there. Thank you again Ms Pannipa for all the help you provided. Your Markus and Peter
