We enjoyed our stay! Loved the fact it was so close to the beach! Itā€™s very small and not much sitting room! It would be best for small kids and not grown kids like we had! Would definitely stay again!

We loved the view from the patio - a great spot for coffee or a cocktail. The beach access is just steps away, however, you cannot set up your chairs and umbrella because the beaches to the left and right are "private." You must walk down the beach a good ways to the "public" beach to set up. It wasn't a big deal, but just know before booking. The condo was very clean and a great condo at a great price. Would book again for sure!

The unit was as advertised and exceptionally clean. The only issue we experienced was figuring out the beach umbrella and chair set up. It was frustrating and not as smooth as we would have liked. Otherwise we did figure it out and had a great time.

Overall everything was great. The view was wonderful. As far as anything extras though, you're on your own (coffee, filters, more than 1 paper towel roll and toilet paper roll in each bathroom). Twin beds were a little rough, but king was very comfortable. Condo is a stretch for 6 people. 4 will be tight. Also no beach chairs, floats, etc. I've had that provided in other condos on that property. Small things go a long way.

tiny but mighty

we had a great time at this location- the condo is as described- it is a small living area- but all you will need. Close to beach, restaurants, pools, tennis, etc. We had a nice time - stayed outside majority of time- and found it easy to come and go to this first floor condo
