We absolutely loved this rustic cabin. It was so comfortable and welcoming. Loved waking up overlooking the lake. The dock was excellent for fishing, caught a few species. Would highly recommend this awesome cabin.

Gem of a cabin in Paradise

Beautiful property and lake. Very cozy cabin. Great place to relax and watch nature, and good home base for enjoying Kentucky Lake. Owner great to work with and cared that we had what we needed and a great stay. Home well-appointed, plenty of towels, cookware, supplies, and cooking needs.4 kayaks for use in the beautiful bay right down the back steps. Thank you for a wonderful stay Bucky!

the underside of the range hood was just not dirty, it was filthy. We had planned on cooking some of our foot, but after seeing that there was no way. The refridgerator was clean but the freeer was not. We will probably come back to the lake, but will never stay in this cabin again.

Perfect getaway.

We loved this cabin. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. We had visitors of a flock of ducks every morning and even deer came right up to the screened porch. Fishing off the dock was good fire pit at night. The cabin is stocked with everything you might need. Bucky the host was super nice. Even called me the morning we were to check in to say the cabin was ready and we could come early. Definitely will be back.

We loved this property. Nestled in a cove right on the water. It was quiet and not much boat traffic which was really nice. We will definitely be visiting again.

Fishing cabin with character

We had a great time fishing and just relaxing. Area and property are beautiful and quiet. Didn’t hear a vehicle except for neighbors hooking up their boats. Lots of nature to enjoy. So many birds, frogs, and of course fish. Hummingbirds came to visit the feeders. Owner was helpful, knowledgeable, and just generally nice. We’ll be back.

Quiet and peaceful retreat

We had a very nice time getting away from it all. We kayaked and swam, listened to the birds, and cooked all kinds of good local fish. House was clean, owners/managers were very nice and easy to communicate with during our trip.

We had a great, quick getaway to this cabin! The cabin is rustic, but perfect and is so well stocked with basic supplies and kitchen equipment, etc. We especially enjoyed perusing the very full bookshelves, and the screened porch was awesome! Highly recommend this place!

Quiet getaway

Comfortable and well furnished cabin with all the amenities I needed. The cabin is situated on a small cove along the lake. From the dock I was able to catch large mouth bass, crappies, bluegill and catfish.
