Three Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Escape the overcrowding and enjoy your next Dells trip with many of the conveniences of home. This sprawling three bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 14. Sleep well in the Master bedroom - complete with a king bed, private master bath and 32" TV. For additional guests' sleeping arrangements the second bedroom offers two queen beds and is also equipped with a TV. The third bedroom, or side suite, offers two additional queen beds, sofa sleeper, table and chairs, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a third full bathroom.

The well appointed full kitchen features Corian® countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware are supplied. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for 8. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42" TV and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. In addition to the aforementioned bathrooms, there is a third full bath in the common area. All are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary Wi-Fi. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the two balconies.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. $250 Security Deposit Required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older. This is a upper level unit. Please note, there is not an elevator.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful time at Spring Brook with our family. Very clean and plenty of things for the kids to do. We really enjoyed the park location to the condo . We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

This place was perfect as we had a girls weekend and wanted a kitchen plus everyone to have a bed. The check in process was easy and so was check out. The pool and hot tub were nice too. We’ll be sure to come back again.

Great for a group

Condo had a nice layout, was very clean and well-lit and had nice, modern furnishings. Although I didn't have much interaction with the property managers, they were courteous, professional, and accommodating. We are planning to make it an annual girls trip at this location!

Family trip to Wisconsin Dells

Overall, the stay was great. The location was handy for activities in the Wisconsin Dells area. The kitchen wasn’t as nicely stocked with utensils and supplies as the other VRBO we stayed at. Things like aluminum foil and coffee filters would have been appreciated. The stay was conveniently located and everything was as expected.

Great place!

The condo worked well for 9 of us. It is basically 2 units connected by a door. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Management was super quick to respond when I had a question. We used the pools and hot tubs a couple times. The Wisconsin Dells area was beautiful and fun, and we were close by a lot of things. Would definitely come back.

Loads of fun

We came from three states to meet in Wisconsin Dells. We wanted a place where we could all be together (7 of us). We were very comfortable in the unit. Plenty of room for us. We only went out once to eat. Everything we needed was there.

Family time

Nice rental, comfortable beds, kids had fun at the pool. We would suggest a coffee pot with a timer, shuts itself off. We did has to wash the pans prior to using. Front desk was always helping with any requests.

It was ok. No elevator so hard to bring certain things up. And for people w health issues with douig stairs.the railing kept coming out if the wall in stairwell. We reported it twice. They fixed it the first time. Never did again, so that was a saftey hazardard. Found a bottle brush under the refrigerator door on the floor in the kitchen.

Nice place for a large group!

We appreciated all the beds for our three families staying together. We had issues with the air in the two bedroom not keeping it cool enough ( the thermostat was locked at 76 degrees which was too warm for the 86 degree weather outside!) It would have been nice to have larger skillets, a broiling pan, and some bigger pots. We did a lot of cooking for our large group! The pool was great and we enjoyed it tremendously. The bathrooms and family areas and kitchen were very nice. Loved having a washer and dryer! We would definitely come back some time and would recommend to others.

Decent Condo close to downtown Dells

We had more family staying in the brand new cabin-type house down the way, so we didn't use this condo to the fullest. It was a place to sleep, clean-up, and change between adventures, and it offered my parents a nice view of the golf course and some privacy. We didn't cook here. There was only room at the table for 6, so if the group was bigger and wanted to eat together it would be difficult here. Also, the lighting was a bit confusing, and the kitchen and dining areas were dark. Some of the other condos we have stayed in label the lights when there are multiple switches, or when switches also control some outlets. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the pool was so much fun, and the grounds were very nice.

Great stay in the Dells

Renting was easy, checking in was easy, checkout was easy… it was all seamless and easy!! The space was huge and very clean. The bar and grill within 5 minute walking distance was an absolute bonus. We will definitely keep this location on the radar.
