Now available for winter renter -Beautiful Cottage Located Right On Spring Lake
This five bedroom cottage sleeps 12 in beds with room to sleep even more. There are four bathrooms all with showers. The kitchen is very spacious and beautiful with corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and tile floor. This is a two story cottage with the master bedroom upstairs overlooking the lake. A large entertaining area with a snack bar and kitchen area are also upstairs with an awesome view of the lake. The room also has leather couches, a flat screen TV, stereo system and a large bathroom. Its a great spot to hang out and enjoy the view.
Off of the kitchen is a cement porch area with tables and chairs and a grill. A grassy front yard leads to a lovely deck which has chairs and also a picnic table. Two steps down is the water. There is a sandy beach area that is around eight feet before leading to shallow water.
The house is available in the off-season for long-term rentals.
The rate listed for October thru May is for long-term only not weekly.
