My place has ocean view from all windows, walking distance to restaurants, 24x7 Huge Supermarket , Casino and close to the best Mall of Panama (Multiplaza), the building is also next to the famous 5 start TRUMP TOWER HOTEL & CASINO, the place is perfect for family & friendly activities, the beach is only 15min ago.

You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the high ceilings, the people, and the ambiance. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with babies), and big groups.

The Rooms

The Master bedroom has a luxurious King size mattress & bed, a small desk to put a laptop and work with a ocean view, cable 40" LED TV , A/C , Closet , Full bathroom with 2 sink and Jacuzzi.

The 2nd room has a Queen size bed & Ocean View, A/C , private bathroom , Walking Closet.

The 3rd room is a studio with 2 full size beds, A/C and a splendid Ocean View.

The Den room connect all 3 rooms and has a 55" Flat TV with a leather sofa.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (2 refrigerators) and all necessary hardware, dishes, cutlery for your pleasant stay. Has a A/C unit.

The dinning room is very elegant and you will joy the view and decoration during your meals. Has a central A/C unit also.

The living area has a huge sofa and high ceiling that will for sure take out your breath. Has a central A/C unit.

The terrace is huge and has a stainless steal barbecue and open sea view.

All floor is marble.

The Internet, Cable & Communications

The unit is fully Wi-Fi equipped corner to corner with two different carriers, this will give you a full stability & coverage just in case 1 of them fail (with never occurs).

Both carriers are broad band with a speed of 15mbps download and 5mbps upload.

All TV has cable signal.

There is also a guest phone at the studio for you to call free to US & Canada, and a guest computer with a elegant studio with ocean view.
Supplies Provided

Fresh & new towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and welcome refreshments drinks are waiting for you. Just bring your clothes and let me take care of the rest.

Maid service will clean the house upon request each 3 days.

A 24X7 Concierge and Security personnel runs on the building for you.

Ground Transportation

Taxy from Tocumen International Airport to the city is $25, just tell them that you will go to Punta Pacifica, next to the TRUMP TOWER HOTEL.

UBER is available in all the City for a $2 to $5 dollar fare, so you will not need to rent a car.

If you have a car rented just ask to our manager to give you a parking space.

Shopping Plaza, The famous Cinta Costera, Casco Viejo , Restaurants are some of the places around the condo that you can go by walking distance.

There is a mayor and brand new synagogue very modern just 1 min away (waking distance) Shevet Ahim "Sefaradi" , besides there is also a mayor and new synagogue Beth El "Skenazy & Chabad Lubavitch" at waking distance ... There are plenty Kosher restaurants at walking distance also.
