Welcome to this beautifully updated, early 1900's two-story home! With over 5,000 sq. feet of historical charm, it offers a serene retreat for all guests. Conveniently located within walking distance to shops and entertainment of downtown Beatrice, Ne. With 5 bedrooms and multiple rooms for entertainment on both levels, there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The bathrooms are equipped with showers and basic toiletries for added convenience. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room, playing board games in the large multipurpose room or enjoying the fresh air on the front porch, this enjoyable property is the perfect spot for your family or friends getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place!
Note: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd level. Ramped front entrance, no elevator.

This place was truly beautiful. The entire house is accessible but in reality its the upstairs that everyone will be hanging out. All the bedrooms are upstairs and 2 bathrooms along with the massive kitchen and living room. We talked well into the night sitting around the kitchen table and another nighter sitting on the couches and chairs in the living room. The place was mostly clean (there was some "debris" under the beds and some dust under the furniture but the linens and towels were clean and everything was ready for us on arrival. I would come back with a large group if needed again.

Great For Any Size Group

Large, roomy, clean, comfortable! The home is so large it was fun exploring and figuring out what each room was for! But it was one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive! It was a great experience! Great for any sized group!
