We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, check-in/out was very easy. Communication was excellent. The view was incredible. It was easily accessible to restaurants, coffee shops, hikes, etc. We’ll stay here again if ever back in Sedona!
Shops very close by. Grocery store very close by. Variety of restaurants close by.Accommodations were good; parking was confusing.

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your review. I'm glad that you were able to take advantage of our convenient and quiet location in Sedona and that you enjoyed your stay! I'm unclear about what could have been confusing regarding parking, as we have VERY clear signs for that purpose. They are clearly displayed, in English, and they're even color coded to each of the 2 upstairs rental units (one yellow and one purple). I'm sorry for your confusion, & I'm sorry that caused you to downgrade your rating to 4*. Aaron (Owner)
Great property with a beautiful view. Close proximity to downtown and hiking trails. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and appreciated the easy communication, check-in, and check-out.

Hello Kelsey- thank you for your 10/10 review! I'm happy that you found our location so convenient and that you were able to relax, enjoying the peace & mountain sunrise from our deck! Happy hiking, safe travels, & please come visit us again!

Great location and views. Very close to the start of the brewer trail which leads to the airport mesa vortex. Also easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Door is pretty but also old so needs to be moved toward you then away from you to open.

Thank you so much Gina for your glowing review! I'm glad that you found the Airport trail from our back yard! It connects straight away from the trail up the hill from our house. The deer also use that trail in the mornings, so sometimes we get a special greeting! Thank you again for staying & we'd love to host you again!

Rooms were clean, check-in was very easy, owner communicated quickly. Parking was easy and we appreciated the closeness of eateries and pubs. Shower and bathroom were fine, as was the tiny kitchen. Hot water was great, but we couldn't get cold water for drinking in bath or kitchen, so we filled jugs and chilled in fridge. No worries! We wish the bed was a bit less firm and that there had been a couple of chairs to sit on in the main room. The only real problem was that the main window shade fell off every time we tried to get it to retract.Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt we got the basic value expected.

We're very happy that you found our home clean, with easy check in, & with "great" amenities. We're also glad that you appreciated our efficient communication! We're in the desert, so it's often impossible to get cold water right from the tap- everything's warm. We're sorry you're not used to that. Most people like the comfortable queen bed very much- we're sorry you would've liked it a 'bit less firm" but we just don't think it's possible to accommodate that. The place is very clearly detailed in the listing, both with words and photos. It's very comfortable, but at it's size putting more furniture in there is not possible- it would be cramped. If there's a damaged window shade, we are unaware, as despite all of our communication with you, you never said anything about this during your stay. We'll take a look now. Overall, we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We wish you could've left it 5*- that means a lot, & the lower rating really hurts.
