Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash- must be bagged & set in can on side of home. NO LOOSE trash can go in outside can. If you can’t access outside can, let host know you are physically unable.

Set both thermostats: Summer set ac to 77. Winter set heat to 65.
Lock all windows/doors.
DO NOT lock inside bottom lock on front door. Use keypad only to lock door.
Return pool gate key to binder. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Replacement Charge Fee. You cannot mail it back.

I'm from Georgia and love the mountains, beauty and all of the things to do outdoors in GA and NC. I have a real estate and property mgt. background and love helping my guest have the best experience they can have.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love Bear Paw and all the beauty in and around the neighborhood. My husband grew up spending time on the lake and with friends/family in Bear Paw since he was young. We couldn't wait to build a home there we can enjoy as a family and offer the opportunity for others to enjoy as well.
What makes this property unique
It's brand new but was built with a focus of a modern day cabin feel. It's very clean and new and especially easy to park at with a flat drive, ramp or 3-step entry and basically everything you need is on the main level except the gaming tables.
