New and spacious 5-bedroom house!

This 5-bedroom house in Spanish Fork is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed and 6 queen beds, it's fantastic for families or groups. 3 full bathrooms, enclosed backyard and a large washer and dryer! It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
The garage will not be accessible at this time, but there are 3 parking spaces in the driveway and plenty of street space.

FYI, There is a secluded basement apartment that has their own entrance and completely separate from your space!

Quiet hours begin at 10:00PM for respect for the neighbors. If we get a noise complaint there will be a warning, then a $100 fee for added complaints.
If you bring a pet, we require that you pick up after your animal or you will be charged $10 for each poops our cleaners have to pick up.
If animals defecate or urinate or damage an area the guest will be responsible for professional carpet cleaning repair or replacement of area.

Check in was easy. Table top & bench seat need attention, both are tacky and looks dirty even after we cleaned it. Kitchen stocked well with additional small appliances.
