The Space:

We are located in the Amira District, in the Selva de Zama, a newly developed area just 300 meters from the main avenue of hotels and the beach, the closest proximity between developments of its kind. Guest Access:

During your stay, you'll have private access to the entire apartment, including its private pool, terrace, equipped kitchen, lounge areas, and dining room. You can also enjoy the building's common areas, such as the rooftop pool with a glass bridge, gym, children's area, coworking space, patio with firepit, and bicycle and scooter rentals. Access is provided via an electronic keypad, and free on-site parking is available.

REQUIREMENTS TO ACCEPT YOUR RESERVATION: Please make sure your Airbnb profile includes complete information such as: identity verification (ID or passport), email, phone number, and a profile photo.



COMMUNICATION BEFORE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Please inform us one day prior to your arrival and departure of your expected check-in and check-out times to arrange reception and cleaning schedules.



THIRD-PARTY RESERVATIONS: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, kindly inform us and let us know whom you are booking for.



EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please do not assume that you can arrive early or leave after the established time listed in our ad. If needed, please check with us 24 hours in advance by call or message to review availability and receive a response. The cost for an authorized late check-out is $500, with the latest possible check-out time being 6:00 p.m.



PETS: Pets must be mentioned in your reservation. Only service or emotional support animals are accepted, and prior notice must be given before your booking.



PROPERTY DAMAGE: Please take care of everything in the apartment. Each detail has been provided for your enjoyment, so make yourself comfortable! However, in case of any incident causing damage due to misuse or an accident, please report it. Depending on the case, you may be required to cover the cost of replacement or repair.



ITEMS IN THE APARTMENT: Our home is your home, but please do not take any items from the apartment. They are available for your use during your stay and will serve future guests as well. Any missing items will incur a replacement charge.



LINENS: Please do not use bath towels to clean surfaces or items. Be careful not to stain them with dyes or substances that cannot be removed. Any damage of this kind will result in a replacement fee.



SMOKERS: Please do not smoke inside the bedroom, living room, dining area, or kitchen. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. If we detect any traces of nicotine odor in restricted areas after your departure, there will be a fine of $1,000 pesos for deep cleaning and deodorization.



HONESTY: Please ensure that the correct number of people staying is reflected in your reservation. Anyone not registered will not be allowed to use the facilities or services. If more people than listed are found during your stay, there will be a fine of $1,000 pesos per night per extra person.



CLEANING: Your reservation includes a cleaning fee, which covers the final cleaning after check-out to prepare for the next guest. If the property is left excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge of $750 pesos. We don’t ask you to leave it spotless, just not excessively dirty to avoid this extra fee.



TRASH: Please dispose of any trash generated during your stay in the outdoor containers before you leave.



THE KITCHEN: Feel free to use all the dishes and utensils, but please do not take them with you.



NOISE: Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.



PLEASE TURN OFF LIGHTS AND A/C EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT.
