Centrally located near downtown Lynchburg, you can grab a burger at the historic Stadium Inn just around the corner, catch a Lynchburg Hillcats baseball game/fireworks, shop for used books at Bookshop on the Avenue, or spend the day exploring the downtown market.

CONSIDERATIONS:
-There is no parking allowed on the curb in front of the house (per the city), but there is plenty of curbside parking right across the street.
-Accessing the unit requires going up a staircase
-The lower unit has long-term tenants so we would ask guests to be mindful of noise pollution
Guest access
The entire apartment is available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. The entire home is private to VRBO guests, there are no shared spaces.

We may be able to provide a guaranteed 2 hour early check in or late check out, for a fee of $25 paid through VRBO.
Other things to note
Because the unit is accessed by an open staircase, we unfortunately do not recommend this unit for young children, due to the safety hazard that the staircase could present.
