Welcome to Art House Petunia! We will make sure your stay in Tbilisi is unforgettable! Apartment "Art House Petunia" is the place where you will be able to feel and enjoy real Tbilisi old (vintage) style. It is situated in the heart of Tbilisi's old town in a historic building of the late 19th century which is in the listed of cultural heritage of Tbilisi. Art House Petunia's total area is of 65 sq m, consists of 3 rooms and terrace. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable staying. Up to 5 people Art can stay in Art House Petunia. It is non smoke inside area.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building, has its own courtyard and entrance, parking for 1 car. Art House Petunia is equipped with all amenities: furniture, refrigerator, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories - microwave, dishes, tea service, bathroom has all necessary toiletries.
Bed linen, towels and slippers are provided. The apartment is equipped with a central heating system providing comfort and warmth in winter, and the brick structure of the house in the summer always provides a natural, healthy, cool temperature.
From Art House Petunia it's easy and convenient to walk to the sights of Tbilisi - to the Rustaveli Theater 10 min walk, to Freedom Square - 17 min. The Georgian Opera and Ballet Theater is 10 minutes walk away, the State Museum is 12 minutes. "Rose Square" - 4 minutes, Art Museum 15 min. The cathedral - 25 min, the citadel Narikala 30 min.
Nearby Art House Petunia there are many cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops and shopping center Merani. Guests will enjoy convenient and public transportation, to the metro station "Rustaveli" it is 3 minutes walk. Art House Petunia, if desired, can provide a transfer from and to Tbilisi International Airport, the road is 18 km away. Transfer time 25 min.

Wonderful place to stay in Central Tbilisi

We were met at the airport and driven to Art House where there was a bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. Our hosts were welcoming and informative. The property is very well located, just off the main street, Rustaveli Avenue and just by a great restaurant, Pasanauri. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the items collected by Tata. It is quiet but also close to shops, museums, banks etc. We stayed there twice, once at the beginning of our trip and at the end. Once again were were taken to the airport for our flight home. We would definitely recommend Art House and would love to return.

A good-value flat with character in the middle of the town next to Rustaveli Avenue

The landlady was very friendly, meeting and seeing us off in the middle of the night. There was a bottle of wine as a lovely welcome gesture. As a special favour, the hostess organised a minibus from Tbilisi to Kazbegi and back with a guide and the driver so we were very satisfied with the trip to the mountains. The double bed and a single bed were very comfortable. There is a sitting area in front of the flat. The sofa-bed for an extra person in the kitchen/dining area is good, but not perfect for longer stay. Overall there is very good sleeping arrangement for three people. The shower is very good. The flat is good value for money. The restaurant next to the flat offers very good and inexpensive food. We loved our stay. Many thanks for everything.
