Great open concept floorplan from the fully stocked kitchen; ideal to entertain family/friends. Spacious master suite split from the other bedrooms. Private backyard and A+ location of Phoenix. Close to parks & shopping and easy access to all major freeways. Don't miss this very special home; you won't be disappointed! We support equality.

Swimming pool is heated complimentary from November to April and heater is set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.(Could happen in the months of December and January)

There is once a week pool service ONLY, skimmers are available to be used in between weekly pool service.
