Great location.1 mile off I95, located on Rt 1. Owner and staff friendly. Studio apt was roomy and clean. Would definitely book again when going to Wells ME.

Our host was very accommodating and kind. This was our first time to Wells and we had a fantastic time! Our room was cute and clean. My only complaint if any would be that the mattress should be replaced.
