House was perfect for our needs as we were 2 retired couples sharing the space! It was nicely appointed, clean, and very well-stocked. We had some issues with the lock but the host was very responsive and resolved things very quickly. Beds were very comfortable. Bed sheets were soft and towels were plush. Host was very accommodating to meet our needs, particularly with schedule changes. We would stay there again and definitely recommend!

Additional Guest Fee & Security Cameras
The check-in process and house accommodations were great. However, the continued owner communication via personal phone text throughout the stay, steep additional guest charge, and security camera surveillance soured our stay here.Be sure to be very clear with the owner on the people that may come and go during your stay.

At the end of the day this guest knew the rules of the house and continued to break them after multiple warnings. She also stated that she would comply and remove the additional guests or pay an additional guest fee, with which she agreed to pay. The listing is very clear that this is an older house, in a quiet neighborhood, there were to be no one at the house other than the 6 guests confirmed (no parties and no gatherings) and she broke all of these rules. Hindsight is indeed 20/20 and we should have cancelled her reservation immediately. That is completely our fault.
