About the host
Hosted by Joan
I’m a local Palmerston North host who enjoys creating comfortable, practical spaces for people to relax and feel at home. I take pride in offering accommodation that suits a range of guests—from families and groups to contractors and teams needing a reliable base.
I enjoy making sure you have a smooth, private, and stress-free stay. Whether you’re here for work or a getaway, I’m always happy to help with anything you need during your stay.
I enjoy making sure you have a smooth, private, and stress-free stay. Whether you’re here for work or a getaway, I’m always happy to help with anything you need during your stay.
Why they chose this property
What I enjoy most is how practical and accessible everything is—you can get where you need to go quickly, whether you’re here for work or leisure. At the same time, the area has a relaxed, residential feel, making it a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is its rare combination of space, flexibility, and privacy. With three fully self-contained living areas on one property, it is ideal for groups who want to stay together without compromising on personal space.
Guests can spread out across six bedrooms and three bathrooms, with each area offering its own entrance and amenities. This setup works especially well for work crews, extended families, or teams who need both shared and private spaces.
It is not often you find a property that comfortably accommodates larger groups while still providing this level of independence, all in a convenient central Palmerston North location with ample off-street parking.
