Private backyard oasis w/ pool & spa. You can rent this on a short term or month to month. The home is just 10 minutes to ASU and the Phoenix airport, 5 minutes to Mesa, Mesa Community College and Banner Hospital, 15 minutes to Chandler and Old Town Scottsdale, 30 minutes to Gilbert and minutes to Spring Training.

Private street on a cul de sac. House is off a main street, but quiet at night. The neighborhood and cul de sac is quiet with very little traffic.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. There is public transportation nearby. You will have a private 2 car garage and driveway for any additional vehicles. There is street parking if needed.

The pool is not heated, but available year round.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please DO NOT strip the beds, remove the mattress protectors or take out the trash . Our wonderful cleaners will do everything when they come in to clean. Thank you!
Upon leaving please ensure you check that all doors and windows are locked. Please check to make sure you did not forget anything.
To lock the front door, you will just need to close the door and hit the "lock" icon on the keypad. You should hear the door lock. Please notify me if you have any issues.

Winter Retreat

My husband and I stayed at "No Shade Allowed" for two months. The house was newly remodeled, clean, and well stocked. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and corrected. We especially enjoyed the private backyard. Thanks Kim for a wonderful stay!

Greatest stay in tempe

We stayed at no shade allowed for a week. My girlfriend and I both work remote and the setup was perfect for this. The location was spot on with restaurants and stores available. I recommend bottle shop 48 craft beer. We will be back later this year! Thank you!

What a beautiful home! We traveled to Phoenix for a soccer showcase and decided to stay an entire week. This house was absolutely perfect! The beds were so comfortable and it had every thing we needed for the week. The pool and backyard were amazing! We swam every day. It was also in a perfect location. Most importantly it was so clean!
