Amazing Apartment In The Heart Of Los Gigantes
Beautiful apartment in the heart of Los Gigantes, overlooking Plaza Buganvilla / Plaza Los Gigantes. Accommodates up to 4 people, with a double bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa in the lounge. The apartment faces the town’s square offering a beautiful view of its center. The square offers a variety of restaurants and bars. 300 meters away are a local beach and natural swimming pools. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi and a Smart TV and streaming services (no local channels).
Please note the following:
- The apartment is centrally located in the town square live music can often be heard into the evenings on the balcony side of the apartment as it faces the town's main square. Spain is a country with rich culture and traditions hence often times a stage is erected in front of the church and frequent impromptu celebrations take place (from late November through May).
- Guest Registry: Per recent changes to Spanish and local law regarding short term rentals every guest must be registered with local government. We will make all the arrangements to complete the guest registry online. In-person registration carries a $50 fee.
- A confirmed Homeaway/VRBO reservation is considered a written and electronically signed contract between the guest and the host. This contract is valid from the date of check-in and expires on the date of check-out. This contract is consistent with described dates, conditions and regulations as outlined on the booking site and also required by recent changes to Spanish and local law regarding short term rentals. Cancellations and alterations are in line with and subject to VRBO policy. Prices include 7% IGIC.

We purchased our holiday home for its location. It has the best weather year round on the entire island. It is very serene and close to nature. It is away from city bustle with a small town feel surrounded by everything one might need for any occasion. Its a perfect place to rest after a day full of activities.
The apartment features 50 meters (550sqft) of interior space and a large 12 meters (132sqft) furnished balcony with a full retractable shade awning. Bathroom features a full bathtub shower as well as a washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities for cooking and serving. The apartment features a small safe for storing valuables. You will also find a small garden to the left of the main entrance.
