Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place garbage in blue trash bin on left side of house. On Thursday night roll bin to curb by mail box. Trash pick ip is Friday morning.
In winter put heater on 60 degrees. In summer put a/c on 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love meeting new people, and have been hosting for 9 years now. I have a Robins’ Nest in Murfreesboro, should you decide to go diamond mining check out the location there.
Why they chose this property
I have owned my home in Maumelle for 30 years and have always loved this neighborhood. It is very safe and quiet.
What makes this property unique
The home is newly renovated and has many extras. Feel like your in a secluded place, the vacks yard with the pool is very relaxing. You are minutes away from dining, shopping or anything you want. Little Rock airport is only 20 minutes away, as well as the River market area, Little Rock zoo, Pinnacle Mountain. Whatever activity you choose it’s very near, then return to your bedroom community and relax at Robins’Nest.
