The location is Great and we found multiple restaurants around to eat at. Our rental was perfect for us. We came in October this time and even though the weather wasn't summer like we still enjoyed it. We were still able to enjoy the beach plus our deck looked out to the ocean. We definitely will be back again.

Restaurants nearby if you decide to stay on the beach all day like we did. Avon is down 12 in case it rains. Such a wonderful location. So glad our family recommended to us and will be staying there again next year. Connors grocery is a 5 minute drive. Everything is right there and worth the drive.

I loved the location. The beach was right in front. During our time there the sun rose with beautiful colors in our front windows. I enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves crash. The pool and hot tub was nice on days the waves were too rough due to hurricane.

I love this place. It's convenient, right on the beach, close to stores and we can walk to a fee restaurants. We always usually get in early thanks to the staff. I'll be looking to book this place place next year and will enjoy it as always. We have the beach at our front door, short walk to the pool, and comfy beds and working TVs in every room. There's nothing bad to say about this place. It's our favorite.

Great ocean front cottage.

The cottage was clean. The pictures of the cottage were accurate, and this unit is oceanfront. Our unobstructed view of the ocean allowed us to watch surfers most days. Great entertainment! Groceries, gas and restaurants were very close.
